Practice Success was founded by Jerry Kennard with a simple idea: practice owners shouldn't have to figure out ownership on their own.
Jerry spent years working alongside medical, dental and veterinary practice owners through Evoke Projects, and kept having the same conversation. Clients would ask him for a referral, an accountant who understood healthcare, a lawyer who knew the sector, a marketer who could actually speak to patients. He had good contacts. What he didn't have was a single place to send people. Neither did anyone else
Hence the mission of Practice Success was born.
To build a talent pool of holistic support for practice owners: a network of thought leaders who believe, as we do, that the people, patients and team, sit at the heart of every decision a practice makes, and are the biggest determinant of its success or failure.

We believe every medical, dental, specialist and veterinary practice needs three things to succeed. Get all three working together, and the business runs itself. Miss one, and the other two only get you so far.
Physical
To provide the conditions that improve the wellbeing and lives of everyone who occupies the space: patients, clients and team.
Behavioural
To establish, understand and measure the who (vision, strategy and target market), the what (beliefs, values and results) and the how (policies, systems and processes).
Technological
To identify the true needs of patients and team, and provide the tools that connect the physical and the behavioural.

Every Masterclass Series runs across five weeks, one P per week, because a practice isn't one problem, it's five interlocking ones. This is also the backbone of the Practice Scorecard: attendees build a piece of their business plan every week and leave the series with a complete, working picture of their practice.
Where the practice is going, not just what it does today. Growth strategy, benchmarking, and exit planning for owners three to five years out.
The hardest constraint in healthcare ownership right now. Hiring, retention, culture and leadership, built for a workforce market defined by shortage.
How practices earn attention and trust in a regulated category where traditional advertising underperforms. Brand, acquisition and digital presence.
The systems that decide whether growth is profitable or just busier. Compliance, technology, workflow and the operational backbone of a scaling practice.
The physical and strategic footprint of the business. Location, fitout and the multi-site questions that lock in cost structures for a decade.
